Introduction and Objectives
The West Coast Route Modernisation (WCRM) is one of the largest
contruction projects ever undertaken, employing thousands of
workers. The safety of track workers is paramount and the project’s
Director of Safety approached Daisy Design to devise a campaign
to reach the people out on track. The resulting campaign is
called Route Safe.

The Core Briefing Pack
For the campaign to work, we had to gain the “buy in”
of all the various contractor and construction companies involved
in the WCRM. The core briefing pack was delivered to all the
MD’s with a booklet explaining the campaign’s objectives,
along with an example of all the items that were to be produced
to promote the campaign.
